How Iso Works

Iso is not a class gym — and it’s not traditional personal training either.

We’re a guided, semi-private health club built around one idea:
train for strength, longevity, and real life — without burnout.

Here’s what that looks like in practice.

Semi-Private, Coach-Led

Training at Iso happens in a semi-private setting, typically with up to five people on the floor at a time.

Each person follows an individualized workout, while a dedicated coach is present to:

  • Guide form and technique

  • Adjust resistance and pacing

  • Help sequence strength, cardio, and recovery

  • Answer questions in real time

You’re never left guessing what to do — and you’re never pushed through a generic class.

This model gives you the benefits of personal training, with more flexibility and sustainability.

Individualized Programming

Even though you train alongside others, your plan is your own.

Workouts are tailored based on:

  • Your goals

  • Your schedule

  • Your training history

  • How your body responds over time

The focus is not volume or exhaustion — it’s maximum return on effort.

By Appointment

All training at Iso is by appointment.

We don’t run drop-in classes or open gym hours.
Instead, you book sessions intentionally so that:

  • The space stays calm and uncrowded

  • Coaches are available when you’re here

  • Training stays focused and efficient

Sessions can be scheduled:

  • Online

  • Or via text with our team

Private Training

Some members choose 1:1 private sessions for:

  • Specific goals

  • Injury history or rehab support

  • Deeper coaching during certain phases

Private training is optional and available in addition to semi-private training — not required to be successful at Iso.

Recovery Is Part of Training

Recovery isn’t an add-on here — it’s built into the system.

Most members rotate between:

  • Strength

  • Cardio

  • Recovery sessions

This helps support consistency, nervous system regulation, and long-term progress — not just short-term results.

Hours

Iso operates on a structured schedule to support intentional training:

Monday–Friday
6:00am–2:00pm
4:00pm–6:00pm

Saturday
8:00am–12:00pm

You book sessions that fit your real life.

How People Start

When you’re ready to begin, everyone starts with the 6-Week Healthspan Track.

The Track provides structure, guidance, and clarity — so you understand how to use the system before transitioning into ongoing membership.

If you’re still exploring or have questions, we’re always happy to help.

The Big Picture

Iso is designed so that:

  • You’re never wondering what to do

  • You’re never training blindly

  • You’re supported — without being micromanaged

  • Your training fits your life, not the other way around
