What is the Iso 6-Week Spring Challenge?
The Iso 6-Week Spring Challenge is a science-based program that embodies our philosophy of training smarter, not harder. This challenge focuses on efficient, evidence-based workouts to help you achieve improvements in your fitness safely and effectively.
Program Overview:
Initial Goal-Setting Session: Collaborate with an Iso trainer to establish personalized objectives tailored to your fitness journey.
Pre and Post Body Composition Scans: Utilize advanced assessments to accurately measure your progress throughout the program.
Personal Training Sessions: Engage in three 30-minute sessions per week for six weeks, totaling 18 sessions.
Who can participate in the challenge?
The program is open to both new and current ISO members of all fitness levels. Whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or looking to elevate your existing routine, this program is tailored to meet you where you are and help you progress safely and effectively.
How much does the program cost?
For first-time participants, theprogram is offered at a special rate of $295. Current members should contact Iso for member-specific details.
How do I sign up for the challenge?
Please complete the registration form above. New members will receive a confirmation text with program details and instructions for their first appointment, where payment will be collected. Current members will be contacted to discuss program integration and any additional details.
When does the challenge start?
You may begin any time before April 15th. Your 6-week timeframe will begin on the day of your first session.
